At Louwman Exclusive, I redefined the sales experience by addressing a simple but costly challenge: showroom visitors can be hesitant, while sales staff aren’t always immediately available. To ensure no lead gets lost, I introduced a QR-code concept that directed interested guests to a landing page. Here, they could leave their details in exchange for in-depth vehicle information, seamlessly connecting potential buyers with the sales team.
